Step 1
Sign in
Enter your e-mail and type in the code we send you. In your profile you can then set a password, so next time you sign in without a code.

Step 2
Fill in your profile
Name, phone, diet and allergies (your hosts need them). Add where you live too: then your team can choose whose place to host at, and people nearby can find you. Others only see your district (e.g. "1070 Neubau"), never your address.

Step 3
Find your team
Teams have 2 or 3 people. Already have a partner? Create a team and send them the invite code. No partner? Put yourself on the list, invite someone from it (nearest first) or ask a team to let you join. Invitations and answers show up right here in the app.
Team → - 🏠
Step 4
Choose where you host
Every team hosts one course. Pick whose place (or another address), how many guests fit (at least 5 besides your team) and which courses you can cook. Places more than 60 minutes from the centre by public transport can't host; then host at your partner's.

Step 5
Sign-up is closed
Already in a team? Changes now go through a change request on the Team page (e.g. new address, fewer seats, can't come); when the organisers approve it, it's applied automatically. Not signed up yet? Message Daniel Sydo: if a team drops out, the organisers can add you.

Step 6
We plan the evening
After the deadline we work out who hosts which course and who eats where: you cook one course and are a guest for the other two, you never meet the same team twice, and trips are kept short (mostly under 30 minutes by public transport). You only get a course you said you can cook.
- 🗺️
Step 7
See your plan
About a week before, your home page shows what you cook, for how many people and their diets, where you go, when to leave and your hosts' phone numbers. You also get it by e-mail. If anything changes later, the top of the app tells you what changed.

Step 8
The night: Saturday, 21 November 2026
17:00 starter, 18:30 main course, 20:30 dessert, then 22:00 afterparty at The Bogside Inn. Each stop has new people at the table: 4 to 8 people, the hosts included.
Questions
I don't have a partner.
Tick 'Show me on the list' on the Team page and add a short note. You can also invite people from the list or ask a team of two to join them. If you're still alone near the deadline, the organisers pair you up.
My flat is too small or too far out.
No problem: host at your partner's place. In your profile, untick 'My team can host a course here'.
We can only cook one course.
Tick only that one. We never assign a course you didn't tick. The more you tick, the shorter everyone's trips.
What does it cost?
About €50 per team for your course and one drink, shared within the team. Being a guest is free.
Who sees my data?
Your team sees your phone and e-mail. Everyone at your tables sees your name; once routes are published, your hosts and, when you host, your guests also see your phone number, for the dinner. Hosts see their guests' diets and allergies, without names. If your team hosts at your home, your guests see that address. Other participants may see your first name and photo on the event page; the partner list shows your first name, initial, district and note, never your address. The organisers see everything.
Something changed after the deadline.
Send a change request on the Team page. If you can't come at all, choose 'Our team can't come any more'. The organisers adjust the plan with as few changes for others as possible.
What if my route changes?
Your route always shows the latest addresses and times. When something changes after you've looked at it, the top of your home page and your route say what changed (and mark the stop) until you tap 'Got it'. If you saved a PDF or calendar entry before, save it again.
I'm allergic to cats or dogs.
Write it under Allergies in your profile (e.g. 'cats'): you'll see '🐾 Animal allergy noted', and the plan never seats you at a home with pets. Hosts list their pets on the Team page; guests see them on their route.
Why does Google show a different travel time?
Google shows the trip for the moment you look (late at night only a few lines run). Your route uses the Wiener Linien and S-Bahn timetables for the evening of the dinner, on the safe side (3 minutes for every change, a relaxed walking pace), and 'Leave by' adds time to spare on top: a quarter of the trip, at least 10 minutes.
Can I put the app on my phone?
Yes: open the site in your browser and choose 'Add to Home Screen' (iPhone: Share button; Android: menu ⋮).
